White Pine Camp is a wonderful setting for special events. We have access to caterers, tent rentals and other services that may be helpful for various occasions. And, of course, there are ample accommodations for overnight guests or program participants.
Weddings. Many lovely weddings have taken place at White Pine Camp--on the small island with its Japanese Tea House, at the overlook to the lake surrounded by cathedral-like pines, and at other enchanting locations on the property. Wedding receptions have been held in the Great Room/Dining Room, on the patio overlooking the lake, and under tent on the tennis court amidst the pines. We are experienced in working with the couple and family in planning a wonderful event. White Pine Camp provides a perfect total environment for a wedding. Family Reunions. Families have held memorable family gatherings, from weekend to week-long in length, occupying several or all the cabins at White Pine Camp. The Great Room and patio with its picnic tables and barbecues are available for whole-family dinners and get-togethers. Click here for

Retreats. Organizations such as businesses, alumni associations and church groups can occupy White Pine Camp for meetings, retreats and workshops. Bedroom and dining room capacity is about 40 persons. Please ask for our Meeting Planners packet of information.
Dinners, Banquets, Annual Meetings and Special Events.. Local and regional groups from the Adirondack Nature Conservancy to the Saranac Lake Chamber of Commerce to antique car rallies have held their annual meetings, board meetings, fund-raising dinners or other special events at White Pine Camp. We have hosted events for as few as 15 to as many as 200 people for a sit-down dinner under tent.
Photoshoots. White Pine Camp provides a beautiful location--both outdoors and in--for photographing fashion catalogs and commercial advertising. Companies who have shot their catalogs or commercial at White Pine Camp include: J. Crew, Nordstrom's, Chrysler, Bloomingdale's, and Nieman-Marcus.
