Private Chef Service

White Pine Camp offers very unique and affordable Private Chef Service. Guests can enjoy fine dining in the privacy of their own lodging and prepared by one of our professional private chefs.

Our Private Chef Service eliminates the need to travel to a restaurant and allows you to enjoy a gourmet meal amidst the natural beauty, peace and tranquility of White Pine Camp. More importantly, there is no drive home after a cocktail or glass of wine.

Whether you prefer an intimate candlelit dinner in the privacy of your lodging, dining alfresco on the porch or another favorite location, your custom tailored meal will be expertly prepared using mostly local and fresh ingredients. You may choose a formal, fine dining or relaxed and informal style. A single couple, large family or business group can be accommodated. Vegetarian, diabetic and children's meals are available.

The St. Regis Cafe

White Pine Camp guests have the option of dining at The St. Regis Cafe. This upscale cafe is located on the Paul Smith's College campus just two miles from White Pine Camp and is operated by the College's Culinary and Hospitality Division. The cafe is open Tuesday through Friday when school is in session and throughout the summer. Lunch 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. Dinner 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. No alcohol. (Reservations required for parties of 5 or more for lunch and dinner. 518-327-6355)

Paul Smith's Dining

Paul Smiths Student Dining on the Paul Smith's Campus is available to White Pine Camp guests on a walk in basis for breakfast lunch and dinner year round. Hours are limited in summer. This facility offers a variety of nutritious standard college fare served buffet style on large contemporary plates. A seat in the back of the dining room with a beautiful view of Lower St Regis Lake is recommended.

Area Restaurants

The Saranac Lake and Lake Placid areas offer many restaurants ranging from Pub fare to Fine Dining. Several menus are available in our Great Room or check on line for more information.
